Imagine, if you picked yourself up and said, “I’m going to walk in my house, eat a nice healthy meal, take a long peaceful shower, and take a much deserved nap. Then, when I wake up I’m going back out on that mountain to finish up my work. I’m not going to push and punish my physical body. I’m going to take my time and enjoy the process.
