Hey Bob
I really do hope your knee was not too badly hurt. I also hope that you are getting out and having some fun with your beautiful family (soon to be expanded).

I really like that equation RAW Reality=Action+Willpower.
As you know I am running an ecourse on goals, and will refer to this article so that my readers may begin to understand what lies ahead, if they really want to turn their dreams into goals and reality. I have been missing this in my equations.
I do talk about action, and about perseverance, but I never make it into a full equations. Thanks for this.

Bob - hope you enjoyed that nap! What is it that keeps pushing us so hard that we end up falling over?

Developing the discernment to be able to tell the difference between the "pain" that is our comfort zone busting open and the pain that is exhaustion is VITAL.

Yesterday I cried half the day because I was overwhelmed with what I 'had" to do. Today I spend half the day gardening (which I LOVE) - I bet when tomorrow comes I'll be feeling much better. Thanks for the reminder. I can see some thinking on discernment is due for me - how about you?
